Family Pictures

Heres some family pictures we had taken on Saturday. Poor Amber had to try to take a picture of all of us, it wasnt easy. Four kids, and with two so little it was quite a feat. And then theres ne trying not to get all frustrated. But all in all I think they are pretty good. My expectations were low to start because I knew how hard it would be so they definitely exceeded what I thought they would be!

Cold Weather!!

Here in the city of Katy, we dont get many days to get all bundled up in multiple layers. I couldnt resist taking pictures of these adorable kids in their cutest winter wear. It may be the only time you see it. It got so cold it even snowed on Wednesday. The sad part was Ashlyn was in school when it snowed and it stopped right as we picked her up, then it snowed right after she fell asleep so she missed it. Its weird for this minnesota girl to think my own daughter has hardly ever seen snow, and whats even weirder is that people miss it. I DO NOT!! Ill take the sweet warm weather even with the scorching summer anyday!!

Its December?!?

Hey everyone! I cant believe Halloween and Thanksgiving have already come and gone. Christmas is only weeks away, and then it will be 2009. How crazy is that? Weve been busy as always, but things are good. Ty is getting SO big. Hes almost sitting on his own now. He can last a minute or so, in the gorilla pose, as shown below. I hope hes sitting all the way by christmas. Ashlyn had her birthday party. She invited a few girls including her two aunts to come and they colored barbire pictures, ate cake, and made braceletes, which were slighty unsuccessful. Knot making is not that easy with the string they gave us. Anyways, Jayden and Rylan having been following Ty everywhere, and its so fun to watch Ty as he keeps his eyes on everything going on around him. It wont be long before he is joining them playing.

This is the weirdest one some stranger from the seventies is looking at my kids, but oh well. Ok actuall its a tad bit pedifileish but Im too lazy to change it. I just liked it because of how many times they duplicated the picture. I should pay more attention next time!
