the big debate continued

Here's some pictures of the other two when they were born. Im not sure if this will clear up the argument or make it even more difficult to decide.

Jayden

Rylan

Bluebonnet pics

For those of you who don't know blue bonnets are the Texas state flower. It is a big thing here to go get your pictures taken in the bluebonnet fields every year. This year we made a return trip to the whataburger (like Burger King) about on hour away and then went to the field next to it to take pictures. Unfortunately, and as you may be able to tell from some of the pictures the field is slowly being turned into more buildings, so I think next year we'll have to look for a new spot! But I thought you might enjoy seeing some of these pictures.

If you look closely you can see they are unwrapping candy, starbursts to be exact, thats what we use to bribe them to keep smiling for pictures.

One Week Old

Rylan is one week old today. It already feels like time is passing too quickly, and yet I still find myself looking forward to when he can hold his head up on his own, or sit and play toys with the other two kids. I think it's human nature to wonder while your pregnant if you'll ever be able to love this baby as much as you love the other ones. As horrible as that sounds, but now that I've met him I wonder how I ever lived with out him. I just look at him and think "I didnt know how much I needed you in my life" and I feel like with him another little piece of myself is complete. A piece I didnt even know was missing. He's been such a good baby and such a joy I feel so blessed.

Last post for now I promise...

Believe it or not these pictures are actually not posed. We found Jayden "secretly" playing with Rylan.

All the nurses kept commenting on how long he is. So here is the best shot of his monkey arms.

"Please no more pictures!"

Ashlyn has been asking for days and days when she would finally get to hold him. So here they are happy as a lark.
